Kelly Osbourne and Lombardi Anton: Friendship!

Reality Star, Dancing with the Stars alum and celebrity fashion critic Kelly Osbourne meets photographer and painter Anton Lombardi, reports say.

"Kelly is meeting and having fun," tells us about the couple was spotted in the hotel Osborne Manhattan on Tuesday. "All this is brand new!"

She and Anton "was completed in New York but is now head of Los Angeles together. Kelly's friends are really happy for them," the source said.

"He is very good, very talented person."

Osborne splits with fiance Luke Worrall, having cheated on her with El Schneider, who was born a man and is now awaiting surgery to change sex.

He is ... rather unique. Anyway, glad she is happy now!
